Animals
Animals are a major group of mostly multicellular, eukaryotic organisms of the kingdom Animalia or Metazoa. Their body plan eventually becomes fixed as they develop, although some undergo a process of metamorphosis later on in their life. Source Freebase
My Favorite Animal:
Our teacher asked us what our favorite animal was, and I said, "Fried
chicken."
She said I wasn't funny, but she couldn't have been right, because
everyone else in the class laughed.
My parents told me to always be truthful and honest, and I am. Fried
chicken is my favorite animal. I told my dad what happened, and he said
my teacher was probably a member of PETA. He said they love animals very
much.
I do, too. Especially chicken, pork and beef. Anyway, my teacher sent me
to the principal's office. I told him what happened, and he laughed,
too. Then he told me not to do it again.
The next day in class my teacher asked me what my favorite live animal
was.
I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, just like she'd asked the
other children.
So I told her it was because you could make them into fried chicken. She
sent me back to the principal's office again. He laughed, and told me
not to do it again. I don't understand. My parents taught me to be
honest, but my teacher doesn't like it when I am. Today, my teacher
asked us to tell her what famous person we admire most.
I told her, "Colonel Sanders."

The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on
it daily so they can meet their quota of getting free food donated every
day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute (about 15
seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. Her bright eyes are intent. Her eager body quivers. Suddenly the animal begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, its legs carrying her faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face. Your hands again caress the beloved head and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
