My Health And Exercise
As I was lying in bed pondering the problems of the world. I rapidly realized that I don't really give a hoot about my health and excerise. It's the tortoise life for me!
Healthy Lifestyle
Your ability to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle is very important. It affects every aspect of your life. Whether you seek to become a more successful salesperson, a more effective boss or teacher, a better parent, a more loving spouse, or simply a more powerful, creative individual. From your center, you will be empowered to make choices in alignment with your body. Enthusiastically, breathe, stretch, replenish and reconnect. When we are resourceful, a multitude of new options and resources become obvious, available and accessible. Your exercise will improve, your joy will return, your energy, creativity, and wisdom. Be sure to start slow then take take steps to challenge yourself as you go on your health path.
My HEALTH MESSAGE
Someone who thinks logically provides a nice contrast to the real world.

1. If walking/cycling is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.

2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water, and is fat.

3. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 years.

4. A tortoise doesn't run and does nothing, yet it lives for 450 years.

5. Eat well, stay fit, die anyway.

6. A balanced diet is a cookie in each hand.

And you tell me to exercise? I don't think so. I'm retired. Go around me!
Health Story
A hot day like here in South Florida. There was traffic pilling up in all directions. And a man fainted in the middle of a busy intersection. A woman stoped to help. Then a man emerged from the crowd, pushed her aside, and said, "It's all right honey, I've had a course in first aid." The woman watched as he took the sick man's pulse and prepared to administer artificial respiration. At this point she tapped him on the shoulder and said, "When you get to the part about calling a doctor, I'm already here."
